Lovely vintage decor with a cozy atmosphere. The mattress was uncomfortable, affecting my sleep.

The hotel was charming, with the decor in keeping with the heritage of the building. It was an easy walk to a main square, yet on a quiet side street. The hotel staff couldn't have been more helpful and accommodating. The breakfast was delightful with a full array of choices, including a fresh orange juice press (or commercial) and a boil-your-own egg bath. Having a lift in such an old building was a blessing - and a real consideration for us.

Generally, the place was gorgeous and had super-friendly staff with good service and food. The location was fantastic and stunning - 100 metres away from Petit Bonheur.
Nothing at all.

Authentic local experience with charming vintage decor.
I was frustrated by a lack of Wi-Fi information . Despite attempting to contact reception several times, I never received the Wi-Fi password. A taxi I pre-booked didn't arrive, leading to a stressful last-minute rush to my conference.

Excellent location. Excellent staff. Room was a little small, but that's what you get in this old part of town. The next door apartment was luxurious by Maastricht standards.

The location was perfect. and the abiance very beautifull!
The rooms are very boorly isolated! So noise comes in from every where! From inside the hotel (cleaning very early on!) as from the street the noise was so that it cept me awake!

Loved the cozy, vintage decor. The breakfast lounge really stood out with its antique furnishings and delicious freshly prepared meals. Perfect location just steps away from the Basilica and other historic sites made exploring so easy. The staff were genuinely helpful. Wi-Fi access was a bit tricky, which caused some inconvenience. The basic continental breakfast could use more variety. The mattress in my room squeaked, indicating it might need an upgrade soon. A charming spot but with a few areas to improve.

Location is perfect, close to the Vrijthof. Restaurant looked lovely, but we didn't eat there.

Absolutley charming decor, shame the breakfast was a basic continental, I expected half a feast. Not to mention the squeaky bed that's due for retirement! And I can't understand why no one thought to give me an upgrade or at least a welcome gift, woudl ve been a nice touch. Just couldn't understand it all.

Good basic hotel with nothing extra, but clean, nice staff etc
You could hear everything through the walls. The street was quiet most of the time but when there were people walking by you caould hear everything.

The hotel is well situated in the heart of the old quarter surrounded by lovely bars and cafes to eat outside on a nice evening. Eating in is good but expensive.
Our room was roomy but lacked some of the facilities that we expected for the amount charged

Cozy vintage decor creates a warm atmosphere. The hotel is conveniently located in the old city center, ideal for exploring and dining.
Check-in policies are a bit confusing. I had to clarify the time reservations were held. The basic continental breakfast left something to be desired, and the bed in my room squeaked, suggesting it needs replacing. Older buildings might get chilly in winter months.

Great building (1700's) in quiet classic neighbourhood in the middle of the cultural center and close to abundant Maastricht shopping opportunities. Included breakfast very complete. Also great restaurant with very good value for money.
